Text notifications saying “to you,someone and maybe someone”

When I use Siri to message someone and they message me back it comes up in my notifications bar as you, someone and maybe someone. I’ve turned off Siri suggestions and even deleted the texts and persons contacts from my phone. When I delete the messages it resolves its self until I use Siri to message them again. It is only happening with one person tho.
