I bought season two of bella and the bulldogs but once i got to episode 10 of the same season that i already bought, it is making me rebuy season two or pay for each episode. what is happening and why is is making me rebuy it.

It is not a re-buy, but about Season Part 1 and Part 2. Some show suppliers sell their content per part of a season, especially some shows with seasons of many episodes and aimed at a younger audience. Hence this affects Nickelodeon shows a bit more.
