Unable to install macOS sequoia 15.1. 2019 Intel i5 MacBook Pro.

I have been trying to update my Mac to 15.1 and keep on receiving an error message. The download will occur but then gets stuck at 30 minutes for time to install. After about 10 minutes of nothing it provides me with the message that is attached. I have plenty of storage and enough WiFi speed to handle an update. I don’t have a VPN running in the background, and have never had an issue installing an update until this time. I have a 2019 pro with the intel i5 chip 13 inch.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated on how I can resolve this issue without just completely wiping the computer clean.

Did you try from a SafBoot mode running your install...
