The Stocks app will spontaneously open in the background repeatedly despite quitting the application. When I started the computer on Safe Mode, the Stocks app also started despite it not being a log-in item. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely!

Check to make sure that the app isn't listed in Login Items. If it is them remove it.
