When trying to highlight a bank statement I cannot highlight the amount if it falls between dotted separator lines.
I was able to do this on last month's statement with the previous OS. Accessing the previous month's statement with Sequoia I can no longer do it.
I can only highlight the dotted lines.

you do not say what is the file type here...
If .pdf —try a true PDF editor and compare your results.
