Silence Focus not silencing notifications on iPhone

Hello, I have come across an issue that I am unable to find a resolution for. So I created a focus through my settings app to silence notifications. I keep this focus on all day. The issue I am having is I am still receiving un-silenced notifications from multiple apps. I have looked at the settings multiple times to see if those apps are allowed to send notifications but they are not.
