UARPUpdaterServiceUSBPD process consuming huge amounts of memory

Have you tried killing the process? It might restart automatically, but you can regain function until it overflows again.

There are random reports of this, but not particularly widespread. It's possible you have something installed that is not compatible with Sonoma.
