Can I delete WDPrivilegedHelper and osmessagetracing plist on Sonoma?

Im having problems with my imac not going to sleep after i have it set for 15 mins. I do go in and set it to go to sleep in Lock screen. Been googling what might be happening and said maybe something in the background is running a causing it to stay on? So im in settings and general then login items-

Should I delete these

com.wdc.WDPrivilegedHelper.plist.

com.apple.installer.osmessagetracing.plist

They say items from unidentified developer, and have a circle with an i in the center, next to on off button in my login items.

Bottom line I can not get my imac to go to sleep when it is inactive for 15 mins. 2019 Imac - Sonoma 14.6.1
