iPhone not showing up in iTunes when AppleTV is also installed on Win11

I have Win11, and use iTunes on it mainly so that I have a backup of my (and family members iPhones). I recently installed Apple TV app from the MS Store (so I could download and watch stuff without internet whilst away).

I wanted to backup by iPhone before installing iOS 18.1, however the phone no longer showed up in iTunes, per this article it is because Apple TV is installed:

So my question is how do I now take a backup of my iPhone without having to remove\reinstall Apple TV??

Note: I removed Apple TV from the PC and I can see it in iTunes, so that was definitely the issue in my case.

What you experienced is normal and correct. Once you install the new apps - Apple Music, Apple Devices, and Apple TV - they take over much of the functionality originally provided by iTunes. To sync an iPhone (or iPad) with a Windows system running those new apps, you would use Apple Devices, not iTunes. Uninstalling the new apps restores (usually) the original functionality to iTunes.

Regards.
