My iPhone SE 2nd generation was updated on 11/2/24. I’m in my Notes App where I was typing in a note and needed to copy a word which I was able to but the prompt that pops up asking what you want to do ie; copy, paste, format etc won’t leave the screen, which is, an annoyance. How do I get rid of it?!

When you press on the text, of course the selection for copying, pasting, cutting etc. comes up. How else does the OS understand the user's intentions?
