Developer account payment is completed but still they are not aprroving it.

The payment for my developer account has been completed but the account approval is still pending. Whenever I contact support, they only say, "We are working on it," without providing a specific timeline or addressing the issue. It’s been more than five days, and I’ve been using this contact URL: https://developer.apple.com/contact.
