Suggestions for live support options
I didn't want to have to create another apple account just to leave feedback but I wanted to voice recommendations and thoughts with apple support and the limited options available. I find it irritating and overly redundant to have such a huge conglomerate have absolutely ZERO options to connect or resolve ANY ISSUE with this company it's products, services etc. This is the ONLY company anywhere that I've come across that is like this except for a worthless banking card app called atlas which is a terrible credit/banking type app made. I didn't realize or anticipate the issues I was going to experience till after signing up for it. Anyway back to the discussion it was ridiculous the amount of times the chat person I conversed with had me enter basically the same website into my browser only the words rearranged to come to the exact same website that I initially landed on and experienced the same issue payment info that had changed an wad no longer used just to verify my account to close,remove an delete my apple acct
