I keep getting a reoccurring charge on my cash app card for the last week or two from iTunes and it’s been 49.99$ it’s not pulling anything out but I’m scared to put anyone’s on my card because it’ll get taking off by iTunes.. why is this and I don’t have any substance that lol get pulled out right now .

I assume you have already viewed the subscriptions that are managed by Apple and also your Purchase History. What did you find?

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support
If you see nothing there, then it is not Apple that is charging you.
It may well be that someone has gotten your card information and is charging things to your card fraudulently. See:
