-1005F error when in recovery mode

I was on call with apple support because my WIFI would not connect and no WIFI networks where showing up he told me to uninstall and reinstall the os and sent me a link of direction then hung up, I was following the directions but after I uninstalled it there was no way for me to reinstall it because I had no internet I tried connecting to ethernet and went through many guides on YouTube and the support website but nothing works and it just say (support.apple.com/mac/startup -1005F) with a globe on the top can someone please help me, or should i just go to an apple store.
