For the past two months, I have been unable to print invoices from the Mail app. It only prints the e-mail header. Is there a way to fix this, or even better, can I get the PDF invoice?

No, it has the same result. All other e-mail even from Apple are printed and saved as PDF just fine. Only the e-mails with invoices. I also tried to resend them from the account. It gets me the result on the screenshot every single time and no other method works. Some absurd bug.
Save it as .pdf (bottom of your screenshot) and then print it.
