Beats Studio Buds

Hello, my Beats Studio Buds connect while the buds are in case but disconnect when pulled out of case and connect again when back in case. They even play inside the case but as soon as I pull the buds out of the case they disconnect. This is the 2nd pair I had because the 1st pair was doing the same exact thing. My phone is updated to the latest version I believe IOS 18.1 and the Beats Studio Buds are currently running firmware 1B116. Please help this is very frustrating and I don’t want to have to return them again
