I have updated my MacBook m3 chip to the latest software. I joined the apple intelligence waitlist but since last 3 days It is stuck on 'preparing'. I tried restarting MacBook or changing the language from English (US) to some other and back to English (US) as mentioned in some online group. none of these worked. kindly help

You're welcome. You never mentioned you were connected by Hot Spot.
I believe you have to set both the Region and Language to English (US).
I changed the region to US, still nothing happened

Hey! I connected my MacBook to Wi-Fi instead of hotspot, and as you said, I changed the region to US. It worked. Apple Intelligence started working.

There was good connection via hotspot so i thought that wouldn’t be a problem 😅
