Can't rename playlist folders in music (itunes) app on macbook pro

Still can't rename playlist folders in itunes (or whatever the music app is referred to that's not the subscription music, is it "music on mac"?) after upgrading to Sonoma 14.7.1 on macbook pro 16" 2019. Anyone else seeing this issue? Workarounds?

Only way I've found is to recreate the entire directory structure under the folder (being extremely careful not to misspell anything) and delete the old folder. Very time consuming and dispirited that this bug has languished for at least 4 months.
