Since GMail shutdown of simple HTML mail web app I can't read my email from the mac Pro station. Is there another gmail app ?
Note: the Thunderbird 78 's still functional but cant connect to Gmail https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/78.14.0/mac/

For El Capitan...Thunderbird was the only one I know of that was still working. If Gmail has made changes that breaks that - probably with security features or certificate updates - then you are likely SOL.
Maybe the Firefox ESR release for El Capitan would let you get to Gmail's web interface...but I'd have my doubts.

Can you find a more recent eMail app for 10.11.6 ?
