Disappearing scroll bar in Apple Music app
I can no longer use the Apple Music app on my 2017 MacBook Pro with OS Ventura 13.7.1. due to the disappearance of the vertical scrolling bar.
Here is the issue: After opening the app, when you land on a page that requires scrolling capability to search for an item on the page, the scroll bar momentarily appears on the right side of the displayed page for about one second and then it disappears. When the scroll bar is not visible, I have no scrolling capability.
You can force the scroll bar to reappear for another second by manually adjusting the displayed page size using the cursor at the right edge of the display and begin to adjust the page width. If you are fast with your hands, you can "catch" the momentarily appearing scroll bar with the cursor arrow and use it to scroll through that page.
If you missed "catching the scroll bar" because you had set the cursor arrow where you "thought" it had been, you will need to go back and remember where the scroll bar actually is and adjust the screen size using the cursor at that location so you have a better chance to "capture the scroll bar" with the cursor arrow. Unfortunately, each time you bring up a new page, the scroll bar appears for a second and then disappears again.
I tried going to System Settings>Appearance and selecting the option "Show scroll bars always” but that does not fix the problem.
Any constructive ideas would be most appreciated.
