Syncing iTunes to new iPhone

Hi

I have just bought a used iPhone 14 Plus and created a backup of my old iPhone 11 on my pc in iTunes, I have used the backup to restore my new phone without any issue however I would now like to sync my iTunes library onto my new iPhone but every time I click on the phone icon in iTunes it goes straight to the welcome to your new iPhone page and prompts me to restore the phone again, I have done this twice now which is very time consuming but I cannot get past that page. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
