apple watch ultra 2 upgraded with release watchOS 11.1 on October 2024. iphon 12 pro upgraded with release 18.1 on october 2024.
the app withings works correctly on my iphone, but it never opened on the apple watch . if i press the icon app on apple watch, nothing happens. i uninstalled, reinstalled the app, reloaded the watch, but the app still doesn’t open. anyone have this similar problem??

i wrote also to the WITHINGS CUSTOMER, they asked me a video of the issue , obviously i sent it. the customer answered that they will work on it to find a solution. i hope soon !
i read similar discussion on this issue since 2016… the same problem ( app withings that doesn’t open on apple watch, same answer from withings customercare ‘we are working on this issue’ ). so, i think that withings app has a serious problem that no one can fix for the applewatch. But on support withings there is this description that shows that it works. anyone has a solution?
did you write to the WITHINGS customer care explaining your issue?
i think that more people report this issue, sooner the Customer care takes the problem seriously solving it.
we wear on our wrist quite € 1.000 watch ( i have an apple watch ultra 2 ) and it is not correct that we can not use all apps.

I am experiencing the same issue on an apple watch series 9. All updates applied. Removed and re-installed app. Powered off watch then back on. Issue persists.
withings care weote me to contact apple…. but i rhink that apple care con do nothing with 3rd apps….
