iMac 24″, macOS 13.6
Grab the Title Bar of the Application.
Drag the window to the position where you what it ( Centre of the Screen )
Close the Application completely
Reopen the application
Usually, it will reopen in the Lasted Used Location ( Centre of the screen ) if that was where it was, before it was closed
