Undo Safari 'never saved' config for passwords

When I open a login website in Safari, I'm not asked if I want to save the password once I have chosen the 'Never for this Website' option in the past.

In previous MacOS versions this decision could be revoked as described here.

Now the Safari settings menu redirects me to the new Passwords app where the correlating password item is not editable.

Even if I delete the entire password item, Safari doesn't offer me the 'Save Password' option.
