Scratched Apple Gift Card codes and expired link for $30 purchase

my son received a gift card for his birthday however, when he went to scratch off the numbers, the majority of the numbers were scratched off and we’re not visible. I contacted customer service with them informed me that the gift card was not valid and the numbers were already used. I did escalate this to a supervisor as he initial customer service rep was unable to help me. The supervisor informed me to send in pictures of the gift card as well as the packaging in which I did however, received an email that new pictures were needed and I didn’t realize that pictures were needed within seven days. I just want to resend them and the link expired so at this point I need a new link to send and the pictures so that I may get the gift card , that was originally purchased in which we also had the receipt for as well for $30 if you can please help me thank you.
