Getting Network connection was reset on some iTunes downloads.

In the last two days (10/28/24 and 10/29/24) I purchased two

albums from the iTunes store. On both albums there are some songs that fail to

download and I get the following iTunes warning: There was a problem downloading "He Was Too Good for Me / Angel In the Dark / Laura / Nyro". Note that some songs from the same albums download just fine.

This occurs for the two albums I recently purchased as well

as with one I ordered last March. This has never happened before.

  • I tried pretty much all of the recommendations I found on the Apple site.
  • The songs are all available on my iPhone.
  • I have checked my Norton Firewall and iTunes is allowed is not blocked.
  • Rebooted computer and the modem/router. Internet provider is Spectrum.
  • The computer is connected via an Ethernet cable.
  • I have been running iTunes on this computer for over 5 years and have never had an issue.
  • The iTunes diagnostics find no issues with my network connectivity and no other program has issues connecting to the Internet.
