Frequent "Passwords are Lockdown" pop ups on my Mac mini running macOS Sonoma

This is just a repost of a previous post another user made about this issue. It's pretty frustrating as it just started happening to me consistently as of a few days ago. Since I've typed these past few sentences, it's popped up twice🤬My Mac Mini keeps giving me this popup, it happens about 25 times a day and is really annoying as it removes the focus selection when typing.

There is no application associated as this happens when doing almost anything, in browser, in Teams etc.

Sonoma 14.5 ... 4 times it's popped up and everything after the angry emoji was copy and pasted from the initial post!!

PLEASE HELP!!! AAAhhhhhh
