Macbook Pro Screen Glitching

Today, while watching a video, My MacBook Pro Screen randomly started glitching. Every icon on the screen had little streaks above it that were green or pink. At first I thought a restart would fix the problem. I restarted the laptop, and when turning back on it was fine for about 2 minutes and then did the same thing. I tried scanning for viruses, booting into safe mode, and nothing. (this MacBook is 1 month old) I have never dropped it or spilled water on it so it was very weird for it to be doing this out of the blue.

I thought It was a software issue, so I tried erasing the whole laptop and reinstalling the operating system on it.

Doing this, it was fine, I thought the issue was solved, then after a hour of use, it came back.

This time I have ran out of ideas. I do not want to take it to the Apple Store cause they will say that I caused the issue and I have to buy a whole new laptop.

This is unbelievable considering that this laptop is only a month old!!
