apple music on family sharing not working

i’ve been on apple music family sharing for years and all of the sudden i don’t have an account on there anymore it doesn’t show it on my subscriptions but when i look on my dad and brothers phone it says i still have it. but i am completely unable to use apple music as of yesterday.
