How to fix routined process issues on macOS Ventura?

I have an iMac retina5K, 27", 2017 (I'm running it with no VPN)

Since I upgraded to Ventura 13.7 I have the routined process crashing on and on.

What's going on? What is the fix?

Could be any one of several reasons why, so without pin-pointing the cause, the solution could also be any one of several possible.


Wondering if you have any un-necessary third-party (non-Apple) apps like virus-checkers, ad-blockers, cleaners and the like installed. If so, try turning them off (or use un-installers from their developers.) Even necessary third-party apps may cause issues if not kept updated to the newest available compatible version.


You may want to check that your Mac has enough memory / storage space free for the tasks you want it to perform. Eg: A Mac generally needs around 50 Gb free in order to operate smoothly.
