Brawl stars is one of the moist popular video games, and exists across apps. It cannot be blocked by screen time preventing apps like Screen Time parental controls, nor by Qustodio. This exceptionalism appears to mean Brawl Stars is parasitic on children's attention and is refusing to cooperate with families wishing to manage their children's healthy screen time use.
