follow up for PlainText .aiff output
I encountered the error that after following the user about using TextEdit & the Mac Terminal (Smilin-Brian's post advice) even though it correctly exported an .aiff file - the sound, when played through Logic or Final Cut, the audio file just spoke the words of the text file name, not the text within the text file contents that I wanted it to export as; please let me know where I went wrong
also, can the code be modified to include, for example: "say -v Whisper " or does this specific method only allow for "say -f " (my goal is to export sound files with this voice and with the applied "Whisper filter" in PlainText)
then: if i change the extension in the original mac terminal code to ".wav" instead of ".aiff", will this export the resulting file as a .wav instead of .aiff? - I received internal error code -54 when i tried to modify the .aiff code snippet to .wav for the export file format
-any help would be much appreciated, Dustin Wilson, PharmD.
