Health App is not updating data after updating to iOS 18 my iPhone

I have an iPhone 13 PM, since updating to iOS18 my health app will not display most recent sleep, steps, calories burned etc until I power cycle the device. Is there a workaround for this or a setting that I can enable to have it refresh more often?

Hello!

I'm experiencing this as well. It does eventually update. For the iPad, this last update has caused many problems. Passwords don't sync quickly, Health data dos not sync quickly, and neither do Contacts. They also have a knows issue the Apple Pencil will not work with FindMy. I hope they get an update out sooner rather than December. (That's the next big update, but iPad has some serious issues that need fixed before then.)
