How can I transfer my Apple Music playlists to Spotify?

I've used apple music for a while. Now with Sonoma 14.6.1 i can no longer add songs to new playlists - either from the playlist, or from the song. In addition it seems that much of the music can not be found in search. I know that this miles davis song "Freddie Freeloader" is there, but search does not return result.

I get this message" Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Is there a convenient way to migrate apple play lists to spotify?
