Ventura 13.6.7 ejects the SSD on its own (goes offline)

I am copying a lot of files from the HDD to SSD using MacBook Pro M1 (Apple M1 Max) MacOS Ventura 13.6.7 and the SSD (Samsung T5 Evo) keeps ejecting itself. The computer does not go to sleep or screen saver mode. I turned it off while copying.

It started to happen when I formatted the disk to APFS (GUI Partition).

I get these errors.

"The operation could not be complemented because the device disappeared"

"Disk Not Ejected Properly"

I am copying several tbs. Last time it happened after 1.3Tb copy, next time after aroun 200Gbs again.

I may try to update to Ventura 13.7 as it is available. Not sure if it will help.

Seagate 4TB ironwolf, self powered. It is an enclosure 3.5 SATA to USB 3.1.

Both drives are connected via Macbook Pro's Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C).

Actually, what solved the issue is System Setting -> Battery -> Options -> Put hard disks to sleep when possible -> Never

Now everything works without ejecting. Cheers!
