Songs cutting off in iTunes and Music app on iPhone

While playing an album in iTunes 12.13.3.2 and the Music app on my iPhone, songs are being cut off. This just happened today (10/23/24) for the first time. The other problem is there is no way to turn off Shuffle in iTunes 12.13.3.2.
