Exported file is greyed and cannot be selected

I'm a graphist designer. I do my work with the Adobe Creative Suite. Everytime I export a file (doesn't mather what king of file it is) the file is grey and I can't select it from another app. For exemple, I export a PNG and I use Monday via the Chrome app to send it for approbation. While I browse for my file, I cannot select it. It does the same problem if I try the same action in PowerPoint for exemple. The software doesn't mather.

The only way I found to get the file available is to cancel the action when I see the problem and do it again. Then the file is selectable.

To me, it appears to be an OS problem, but maybe I'm wrong.
