Apple Account Greyed Out in iTunes on PC
I'm setting up my Windows 10 PC that has been in storage for a while. I installed iTunes and my purchases downloaded but then today while copying my personal music collection over my account became greyed out under Account. All my purchased music disappeared and won't download again. I can View my account after logging in but itunes itself won't use it. I put it away and got out my Windows 11 laptop and the account is greyed out there too. I have deauthorised all my devices and authorised the laptop but there is no change. Two devices are shown associated with the account, my ipad and ipod touch but not my ipad classic. I just don't know what to try next and can't work out what has happened, I have credit at the store but don't want to use it if I can't download purchases to my PC or Laptop. The PC is a replacement so numbers of devices shouldn't be an issue. This is a problem I haven't struck ever before. Any help is appreciated thanks.
