Apple Pay through wallet for Spot Hero. I just tried to use my wallet on my iPhone with Apple Pay option on SpotHero.

I tried to complete the transaction using Apple Pay on my IPhone. It failed with two different accounts. I could complete the transaction by entering the account info directly.


I know both accounts are in good standing. How do I find out why the transactions failed?

That’s not a decline from the bank. That’s a system error message most likely from the merchants credit card processor.

The message was "transaction failed." I don't think the issuing banks ever got the transactions, as both would log the transactions in my account. In the past when Apple Card was trying to save me from possible fraud, the error message came from the bank. Same with my other card. Don't know how to trouble shoot "transaction failed." I know my internet was up and running and my wifi was ok because I was able to go to the parking website and enter a search with results.
