How to Transfer Voice Memos from my iPhone - the return

Hello,

I have read answers in this community on how to copy voice memo from iphone to PC.

However, approach via iCloud never worked (voice memo don't appear in iCloud drive) and using the iTune approach, I still cannot see the Voice app appearing in "file sharing" section despite running latest iOs18 and Itune 12.13.

Help me.... :)
