Communication error between Mac and printer ET 2810

My printer is not communicating with my Mac and I cannot print or scan on Wifi. I can when cable connected. I have tried resetting wifi connection and a status report indicates a wifi connection is on. I have re set up my printer and dowloaded all the software again all to no avail. Any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem with my iMac. Looked on the Epson website for the printer ET-2810 and it doesn't seem that there is a compatible printer driver for Sequoia 15

After spending several hours on the Epson chat the agent told me he thought there was a fault with my printer(18 months old). He said the callout charge was £158 so I cut my losses and bought a new epson ET2860 for £21 more. Went thought the set up procedure and had exactly the same issue with the new printer. The ET2860 did not even feature on their website regarding drivers, so I now have two printers which I think should work perfectly subject to them providing the correct driver. I am at present exchanging e mails with Epson. Not Happy!!!
