Restarting issue in MacBook Air M2 post Sonoma update
Hi guys, I have a MacBook Air M2
It got twice restarting because of a problem
I also noticed a spike in temperature every time I open an app or even add a tab in safari (from 39c to 50 or 55 ) which I didn't have before
3 days ago I had a frozen finder and I had to create another user to delete desktop files to solve the issue (after forcing restarting 5 or 6 times)
I did apple diagnostics and first aid of the disk which didn't reveal anything, also I updated the software to macOS Sonoma 14.7 , yet temperature issue remains (and possibly force restarting)
I got kernel panics cause from apple as follows =panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe001d1592a8): DCP PANIC - ASSERT!AppleDCPDPTXPowerController.cpp:538 No device added after powering on the rails. HPD=0 - dcpav(27)
I read also in other post that is universal with m2 MacBook Air
What should I do? - reinstall macOS ?
