How can I view presenter notes in Keynote on MacBook Air
How do I see my keynote presenter notes on my Mac while my audience only see the slides on the screen? (Same question when using Zoom.)

I assume you have a dual screen setup?
In this case, by default, Keynote will use the primary/built-in screen for the presenter, and the second screen/projector/whatever for the audience view.
In this case, 'primary' screen is defined in System Settings -> Displays
You can control the screen layout via Play -> Customize Presenter Display
