Having issues with transferring mac to my account

So i bought this MBA M2 and when try to download my playlist on apple music it says: "This device is linked to another Apple Account." And when hit transfer it says: "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (1001)." Then the download process would completely stop with an error saying: "stopped (err = 3049)". I've tried various methods like deauthorizing and authorizing again and managing my devices etc.. Does anyone have solution for this?

I suspect you're seeing an association error. See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community for some background. Check to see if you can download a single track rather than an entire playlist. It may help to turn off Simultaneous Downloads. Contact Official Apple Support if you're unable to switch the association to your Apple ID. This could be an issue if the previous owner had associated the device with their account within the last 90 days.
