Generate a Report of a record in Numbers

Hey guys,

I am trying something new for my CRM. Because I want a smooth and accessible function to add records to my CRM I am attempting to build a basic on in Numbers. This way I can use forms and shortcuts to add to it directly from my phone without hassle. In doing this, I would like to see about a report view of a selected record to view all the details input in my database. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
