My iPhone 14 is remotely managed by MaaS360 App how can I remove it?

I purchased a new iPhone 14 and signed in with my Apple ID and a screen popped up that said Remote Management this phone is owned by AltaMed Health Services the next screen shows a login for MaaS360.

I called the AltaMed Company support and they said Apple would have to remove the app from the phone. I live in an area that was hit with the latest storm Helene and we have power outages all over. The Apple Store I would go to doesn’t have power. Can this be removed remotely or does it have to be removed in person. I’d anyone can help I would appreciate it.
