I can’t add command to Home Screen. App crashes on this action.
I have tried restarting the iPhone without success.
I have tried turn off Lockdown Mode too.

After upgrade to iOS 18.1 — bug is not reproducible.

I use non-English interface language. So I changed iPhone language to English before screen recording.
With English language Shortcuts app does not crash. It is a workaround.
