Business Support - Remove Activation Lock
Apple Support is no longer assisting with Activation Lock issues on the Business-side and refer to a website al-support.apple.com. I need an escalation path as an SLA of 7 business days is not acceptable and I'm being told there is no way to get that team on the phone.
The issue is that when in Apple Business Manager, I attempt to turn off the User activation lock and immediately get an error to call AppleCare support.
