iPhone 16 Pro Max Screen Unresponsive

Is anyone else noticing their iPhone 16 pro max being unresponsive sometimes when touching the screen, typing, swiping.


Im not even using a screen protector and it’s like it. Makes things seem really laggy sometimes.


Did not expect it on a brand new iPhone.

I have noticed typing on the keyboard sometimes just doesn’t register letters or the space bar. I took it to Apple, ran diagnostic tests and there wasn’t anything wrong. It is extremely laggy and doesn’t pick up key entries. Pls fix!

As does Apple; read your warranty, emboldening mine:


If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Apple or an AASP in accordance with this warranty, Apple will, at its option:

(i) repair the Apple Product using new or previously used Apple genuine parts that have been tested and passed Apple functional requirements,

I also urge you to make an appointment to visit an Apple Store and have a Genius look at your device.


You should also try a demo phone on the floor and see whether you have the same issues.


If the demo phone does not, it's something about your phone or configuration, and will also help the Genius diagnose your issue.
