Home app stuck on ‘Loading Accessories and Scenes’

I set up my new iPhone 16 Pro last night, and I’ve been unable to access my Home app since. It’s stuck on the ‘Loading Accessories and Scenes’ screen which I can’t click past.

I’ve searched around and it seems this bug has been around for a while, however none of the ‘solutions’ seems to help (turn off Keychain etc).

Can somebody please help me with this? Having such a long-standing bug is terrible from Apple (but not particularly unexpected).
